30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Change of Mind: If you’ve simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Faulty Items: If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our support team immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue and, if a defect is confirmed, provide a prepaid return label or a replacement.

Manufacturer Warranty

We guarantee that our cells are genuine and free from manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, we will replace or refund it. Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or incorrect charging/discharging.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@zeuz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us. Recommended: Use a tracked service for your peace of mind.
